An enthusiastic full-time Constituency Organiser is required to work for the OXWAB Liberal Democrats Constituency Party. The successful applicant will work with and learn from an experienced Campaign Manager. Initially this is a one year training post with a view to becoming full-time. The salary offered will depend on previous experience.

This is an exciting role working with four teams across the constituency. OXWAB has more Lib Dem members than any other constituency party in the UK.

Activities include literature editing and production, capacity building including increasing membership and delivery networks, and expanding our digital campaigning activities including the use of Connect and Nationbuilder. The work also includes helping to restructure, revitalise and consolidate party websites across Oxfordshire. There will be scope to concentrate on one or more of these activities. Relevant training will be encouraged.

Good organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience of using Connect, Nationbuilder and social media techniques would be an advantage. Some evening and weekend work required.
