Iceni Projects is a fast growing multi-disciplinary consultancy with specialist services including planning, transport, sustainability, heritage, design, delivery and engagement. The Iceni Engagement team provides communications services, including political and community engagement, to the planning, construction and development sector.

Interest in UK local and national government and politics is essential. We are looking for a candidate capable of undertaking the following tasks:
• Media and political monitoring
• Managing databases
• Correspondence with political stakeholders
• Writing research notes
• Writing political and community audits
• Supporting the company’s marketing and new business activity
• Drafting consultation material

Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent personal and written presentation skills and attention to detail. This position is most suited to candidates with an active interest / understanding of planning, regeneration, politics and local communities.

The role will be for a term of two months from the successful candidate’s start date.
