The Policy and Campaigns Trainee will work closely with members of the Policy and Campaigns Team to help deliver a range of policy, campaigns and advocacy activities and contribute to the smooth running of the team.
Bond is the UK membership body for organisations working in international development. 2015 is a crucial year for development and we have exciting new plans for increased investment in supporting our members.
The Policy and Campaigns Trainee will work closely with members of the Policy and Campaigns Team to help deliver a range of policy, campaigns and advocacy activities and contribute to the smooth running of the team. Tasks include supporting the delivery of our campaigns and public engagement work, including our work making the case for aid and building public support, as well as contributing to our policy and public affairs work including aid quantity and quality and the SDGs. In particular this role works closely with public affairs colleagues to monitor the latest political developments in the UK and beyond and help support the building of effective relationships with key decisions makers. You’ll play your role in supporting a high-performing team with strong internal and external relationships and ways of working.
