An exciting opportunity to gain work experience with StreetGames as we expand our ability to support the third sector with training and skills development.

StreetGames is an award winning sports charity that helps disadvantaged communities.

Through sport the StreetGames Network changes lives, changes sport and changes communities. The StreetGames training academy provides bespoke courses on how to engage with, activate, and develop young people growing up in areas of disadvantage.

This volunteer will support this vital work, helping to develop an e-learning platform using tools such as Udemy, creation of videos including talking heads presentations, action and explanation and animation Creation, publication and promotion of monthly podcast series.

Person Specification:
A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent grasp of media platforms and creation and editing of content
Familiarity with MS Office
Flexible collegiate style enjoying working in a small team
Ability to deal with competing demands, multiple priorities and time constraints
Excellent written and spoken English including with a keen eye for accuracy and detail

The ideal candidate should be above all flexible and creative. Previous interns have typically been pursuing or recently graduating from graduate/post-graduate level studies with a desire to pursue a career in media or IT.

The position is temporary and part-time for 2 days a week for 3 months from September.
