We are looking for a Campaign Director with a background in political/current affairs to join our UK team, supporting the delivery of our UK campaigns. You will play an important role in ensuring the agency continues to deliver the highest quality work. You'll be responsible for all the day to day campaign management activity for your projects, working to ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget and to teh highest possible standard. Ultimately the buck stops with you!

Your main responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the agency.

• Ensure all client expectations for your campaigns are understood and communicated quickly and effectively, and escalating where these are unrealistic.

• Ultimate responsibility for campaigns being delivered on time, on budget and in line with strategic objectives.

• Maintain visibility of all the work going on across departments in relation to your campaigns to ensure it is aligned with the client’s needs and expectations.

• Responsibility for project budgets in conjunction with the Project Manager - monitoring project spend to ensure delivery within budget - KPIs and campaign effectiveness reviews.

• Work across all departments in the agency to ensure a shared understanding of campaign objectives and delivery requirements.

• Leading the planning for your campaigns from strategy development through to implementation, overseeing the design and delivery of a range of materials to meet client objectives.

Your skills and experience:

With a background in international affairs/political campaigns you’ll be passionate about social change and the power of great storytelling. You’ll have a proven track record in campaign management/account handling and will have the enthusiasm and skills needed to drive forward high quality work at pace. You’ll also have:

• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

• The ability to communicate succinctly and clearly

• Significant experience in external stakeholder management • An excellent eye for detail with a strong analytical approach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
