Job Details

Haller has pioneered a holistic approach to environmental regeneration to bring economic security to poor, small-holder farmers living on inhospitable land.

The Haller model is based on 50 years of practice and sustainable results in Kenya. Our ambition is to scale the impact of the model through the region and beyond through partnerships, the Haller Farmers App and expanded operations. We are looking for a new team member who can help us to achieve this ambition.

The role will include:

  • Managing various social media platforms and developing a strategy to increase our presence and followers as well as updating the website on a regular basis.
  • Assisting with fundraising applications for the Foundation and for the Haller Farmers App, including research and writing.
  • Updating and creating marketing materials such as leaflets and brochures.
  • Helping with the smooth running of the organisation, including developing and administering processes.
  • Helping plan events.
  • Engaging existing partners and forging new partnerships to help build Haller's network.

This position would suit someone who is a current University student or recent graduate looking to expand their CV with a combined interest in international development and communications.

The placement would be based in central London and would be for two working days a week - the organisation is flexible about what days the successful candidate wishes to work.
