Newsfirst provides media briefings and analysis to some of the most high profile businesses and institutions in the world. It’s a 24/7 operation with a forward-thinking and dedicated team based in locations all around the globe.

We’re looking for a reliable and news savvy editor to write comprehensive briefings for a 7.30am deadline. Working from home, you'll work between 4am and 8am to support our 7 day rota.

We're looking for intelligence, an ability to work to strict deadlines and a passion for current and international affairs.

Training will be given but we expect you to have:
- Excellent knowledge of international and current affairs.
- Experience writing reports, articles or briefings with the ability to recognise and prioritise news stories.
- Attention to detail, a high work rate and an ability to meet strict daily deadlines.
- Must have native level spoken and written English.
