We're seeking a part-time German news editor to join our Europe Team. The successful candidate will work through the early hours of the morning scanning the German business and political media for relevant news items to be summarised into English.

Applicants must be fluent in German and write English to a native level. Reliability, accuracy and the ability to work to strict deadlines are essential, as is a passion for news and current affairs.

Note: This is a part-time freelance position with a requirement to work between 4am (London) and 7.30am from home.
