This summer, we are on the hunt for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our National Citizens Service delivery teams.

We are expecting over 1500 young people to participate in our programmes this summer across Brighton, Nottingham and Hertfordshire. You will be at the heart of their journey, supporting them through 4 weeks of challenge, teamwork, fun and learning.

These are the roles available (and their respective salaries) according to region: 

Brighton 

• NCS Programme Leader- From £1800 for a full wave
• NCS Team Leader- From £1650.00 for a full wave
• NCS Team Mentor- From £1107.00 for a full wave

Nottingham 

• NCS Phase 2 Residential Coordinator- From £299.70 per week (multiple weeks available).
• NCS Senior Team Leader- From £1800 for a full wave
• NCS Team Leader- From £1650.00 for a full wave
• NCS Team Mentor- From £1,107 for a full wave

Hertfordshire 

• NCS Programme Leader- From £1800 for a full wave
• NCS Team Leader- From £1650.00 for a full wave
• NCS Team Mentor- From £734.00

Please note that each NCS programme in the summer will run for 4 weeks at a time. The selected 4 weeks are called waves. Should you be successful, you must be available to work for a full wave. We would not ordinarily grant permission for absences across these 4 weeks. Applicants should consider this when applying.
