Compass, the good society pressure group, is looking to recruit a dynamic, creative change maker to join the Compass team to work on campaigns and projects and in particular the Progressive Alliance. Reporting to the Chair and working in a small team in our East London office, but with a big network of volunteers, activists and organisations, you will be central to the strategic goals of the organisation, devising and implementing campaigns, managing individual projects (mainly associated with the PA) and running the governance aspects of the organisation.

The person we are looking for will support the goals and approach of Compass, have knowledge and enthusiasm about how change happens, and be prepared to work hard and with considerable autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
