We are looking to appoint a candidate who has experience of working for an MP, or alternatively in an organisation where the candidate’s role was to engage with Westminster and Whitehall.

We want an Executive who can absorb complex information quickly and get to grips with the issues involved, picking out how they can best be communicated so that stakeholders understand and respond to the problem. The successful person will be working on clients across the economy.

This role requires strong research and policy analysis abilities; an attention to detail; excellent written skills; an understanding of the political system; and an ability to apply this understanding of the environment to how this affects or could affect our clients.

The successful person should be dedicated and enthusiastic, whom colleagues can trust to implement work under their own steam.

We like to place trust and responsibility in our Account Executives quickly, providing they prove themselves. This includes presenting to new business prospects and meeting clients. We have strong retention rates and a number of the team have risen from joining as Account Executives to Account Director/Associate Partner levels.
