An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Head of Elections and Campaign Support in the Elections, Organisation and Campaigns Team.

The post holder will manage the team of staff providing strategic support and advice to seats. To provide a strategic and on-going assessment of the readiness of seats for the general election. To develop and implement new campaign and organising techniques and to take responsibility for the successful delivery of the Labour Party’s organisational strategy on the ground.

The successful candidate will have a proven and extensive track record of campaign strategy and management in the Labour Party or other organisations. The ability to work with senior political stakeholders, strong leadership and influencing skills and good knowledge of election law and the electoral system.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
