Job Title: Policy, Projects and External Affairs Manager
Working For: Institute of Welsh Affairs
Salary: Circa £35,000
At a critical juncture for Wales and the UK, the IWA is looking for a dynamic and politically savvy Policy, Projects and External Affairs Manager with strong digital skills who is passionate about making Wales better.
This role will be responsible for leading on the development of the IWA’s research, policy and projects portfolio, ensuring that agenda-setting projects are delivered effectively, communicated widely and that they contribute to a better future for Wales. This is a key role within the IWA’s high-performing, small and flexible team. The postholder is expected to be a proactive self-starter with solid judgement and the ability to operate independently with high levels of autonomy and engage effectively with external partners and stakeholders, including at a senior level.
