The position
This dynamic international organisation is recruiting a Major Donor Fundraising Manager.

In this exciting role, you will join a small, supportive team and be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with individual donors. You will also develop and implement strategic approaches to new and existing donors to contribute to the overall funding objectives of the team. Because of the international focus of our client, there will also be the opportunity for some occasional international travel.

Requirements
You will be able to demonstrate a track record of working at senior level externally to develop high value relationships.
You will work proactively and have significant experience of face-to-face customer contact.
You will have experience representing an organisation at the highest levels.
You will be a team player who is passionate, persuasive and persistent.
