Floreat Education sponsors an academies trust helping to grow a small family of high performing state primary schools in which to implement and show-case our unique ‘character plus knowledge’ curriculum. We currently operate three schools and will open two more in 2017.

The internship
Floreat Education is recruiting for flexible hours unpaid intern to support the Trust's CEO and Executive Team.

We are a small, friendly team with a successful track record of providing excellent intern opportunities and this role will provide you with experience in multiple areas. The role is ideal for someone wanting to gain experience in an office environment and/or wanting to work in the third sector. As this is a voluntary role there are no fixed hours or responsibilities. Nonetheless, Interns play a vital role in the organisation and there will be plenty of opportunities for career and personal development.

The intern role is varied and interesting, and covers areas such as: administrative support, drafting and editing documents, adhoc project work, community and parental engagement, research, and using social media.

All interns are deemed to be volunteers and are entitled to be reimbursed up to £10 per day for travel expenses and up to £5 for lunch. Volunteering hours are flexible between 10am and 5pm. Internships can vary from 1 day to 3 month.
