At My Cause UK our vision is to create a platform for people from all walks of life to support any charity they like by volunteering their time in the unique, fun environments of festivals, concerts and live events. We know that people’s time is immensely valuable, and that when they give it in support of a cause they care about, they can achieve amazing things. When our volunteers give their time with us they don’t just get the chance to go to the most amazing events on earth without paying for a ticket, they know that their time will be helping their chosen cause by raising funds for their important work. To date we have donated over £17,000 to more than 170 different charities, and we have big plans to keep this amount rising.

We are an open minded, forward thinking organisation and are looking for a well-organised, hard-working and positive person who shares our belief in people to help us grow our community of volunteers, charity partners and event managers to help us achieve our ambitious targets for growth as we move into our third season of summer events. With an ever-growing roster of festivals and events, we require someone to build on our existing success, and help us recruit more volunteers and charity partners than ever before while developing our existing community of existing supporters.

Based in our Bristol office, we are looking for someone to join us part-time for 2-3 days per week. This is a varied role and no two days will be the same. From helping shape our marketing strategy one day to finding out about the amazing work of our wide-ranging charity partners and organising events to help develop our volunteer community the next, this is an ideal opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of many people. This is an exciting time to join the organisation and there is a real opportunity to make this role your own. Our ideal candidate will have a background in sales or marketing, ideally in the third sector or events industry and be a creative thinker, with the ability to develop and deliver new and innovative ideas to help us reach new customers. As a “people person”, with the ability to quickly build rapport with anyone you talk to, you will play a central part in the development of our existing community of supporters.
