This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us in the role of Head of Member and Supporter Services. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for heading up our inbound and outbound contact teams (3 full-time, 3 part-time) to deliver optimum service levels to our members and supporters, across a range of communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a background in target-driven customer service who is looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced political environment. With excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills, you will be a strong communicator and have the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships throughout the Party at all levels.
