Working Families is the UK’s work life balance charity. We provide advice and support to parents and carers on their rights at work, we work directly with employers on making family friendly workplaces a reality, and we conduct ground-breaking research to make the case for change.

We’re looking for support with our digital communications, helping us get the message about flexible working out to employers and employees across the UK. You’ll be familiar with editing a website, understand the potential of social media, and have an interest in current affairs.

Crucially, you’ll want to be part of a small charity with big ambitions to change the world of work.
