Apply now to be an International Citizen Service (ICS) team leader with International Service, lead a team, use your French skills in a professional setting and return with a transformed CV. We are currently recruiting for June departures.

ICS is a UK Government funded scheme thus all expenses are covered.

An International Citizen Service Team Leader placement is an incredible, UK-government funded opportunity to build on existing skills and gain new ones while supporting diverse teams of young people working on real development projects fighting poverty in world’s poorest communities.

As an ICS Team Leader you’ll spend six months in Burkina Faso or Rwanda offering pastoral support to small groups of volunteers aged 18-25 from the UK and the country that you’re in. You’ll have a local counterpart to share responsibilities as you guide your teams through their time in country.

Eligibility - you must be:
23-35 years old
Have experience of supporting a team
Have a current UK address

You must also be confident working in French.

*Placements are subject to an £800 minimum fundraising target. You’ll have plenty of time to achieve your target and will be supported in this task by a dedicated fundraising officer on a 1:1 basis.
