About EDUCATE
The EDUCATE project is a 3 year ERDF funded initiative that will be delivered by UCL in collaboration with F6S, Nesta and the Education Foundation. EDUCATE will set up a physical and virtual working space where EdTech SMEs and researcher entrepreneurs will work together with research and business experts. All participants will be trained, supported and resourced.

A range of services will be offered to SMEs: product evaluation, testing and validation; accountancy and tax advice; grant writing, investor readiness support; dissemination and showcasing. This support will be available as required and not in a strict order. In addition, bespoke training sessions will be organised in response to needs expressed by the community.

The EDUCATE project, and the EDUCATE Project Manager, are part financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), as part of the England 2014 to 2020 European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Growth Programme.

About F6S

Role and Responsibilities
1. Provide effective, efficient and professional project management for the EDUCATE project in line with the project plan and budget
2. Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all stakeholders
3. Take a lead role in promoting the benefits of EDUCATE to SMEs, business support organisations and other intermediaries, within the region
