Role
In this role you will:
Develop, co-ordinate and oversee impact evaluation work across the organisation
Devise, undertake and present the results of research, evidence gathering and evaluation projects
Provide expert advice on evaluation, research methods and interpretation of results to internal stakeholders
Project manage and quality assure externally commissioned research
Conduct appropriate and high quality data analysis.

Candidate
Experienced in identifying and carrying out evaluation using a variety of methods in varied contexts
Strong theoretical and applied knowledge of process, impact and economic evaluation
Educated to degree level in social science or statistical discipline
Strong work-based experience in research design and methods (quantitative and qualitative) eg market or social research, statistics, economics, evaluation
Confident communicator (verbal and written); experienced in writing clear technical reports and presenting complex data
