Burson-Marsteller, the award-winning global communications consultancy is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our growing public affairs and digital political campaigns team, based in London.

Burson-Marsteller is one of the UK’s top five political consultancies, working with domestic and international clients across a range of sectors and industries, and representing political issues at the forefront of the news agenda.

Successful applicants will be professional, highly motivated self-starters with a proven academic track record, excellent communication and writing skills, and a strong awareness of UK politics and the policy making process, gained through either experience in Parliament, an agency setting or other relevant organisations (e.g. NGOs or political parties). Candidates will also be able to demonstrate understanding of the impact of social and digital media on the policy making process and political campaigns more broadly. Demonstrable experience in developing social media strategies for public affairs or party political campaigns is required.

The role will provide the successful candidate with wide exposure to the evolving nature of UK and international political campaigning.
