We are seeking an Operations & Research Officer to join our highly professional and dynamic Head Office Operations Team based in Woking, Surrey. You will be working as part of a small team of dedicated Operations Officers covering our Operations Centre around the clock for 365 days a year. You will normally work a 56 hour week on 12 hour shifts with a shift pattern of 3 days, 3 nights, 3 off.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organised, confident with IT and have the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. You will be involved with providing Intelligence reporting both for internal and external purposes therefore an interest in global intelligence research and report writing would be a distinct advantage.

Under the guidance of our highly respected Operations Managers you will be the first point of contact for the business with specific responsibilities for both our manned guarding and consultancy projects across the globe.

This is a key role in our business and provides the successful candidate the ability to gain a solid grounding and broad understanding of the security industry from an award winning global security company.
