Job Details

We are on the lookout for someone new to join our Fellowship Development Team as the Fellowship Development Assistant. The team leads on finding talented new people to join our 28,000 strong global network of Fellows and also has strategic oversight of Fellowship communications.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy undertaking desk-based research to help us find great new Fellows to join the network, so a natural interest in people is a must. We also want someone who will be great at being the main point of contact for applicants as they move through the application process, offering the best customer service possible so that they get a really good first impression of the RSA. The team needs some help responding to enquiries from potential Fellows, so we’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator face-to-face, over email, and by telephone. Finally, we need someone who can provide general administration support to the team, which can be everything from updating the RSA website to cross-checking data against our CRM, so an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise where necessary is key.

The RSA combines thought leadership with civic innovation to further human progress. Building on our 250 year history as a beacon for enlightenment values, the RSA is currently at an exciting period in its history. We provide platforms for leading experts through the UK’s most ambitious free public lecture series, our projects generate new models for tackling the social challenges of today and we are building on our network of over 27,000 Fellows around the world – these are achievers and influencers from every field with a real commitment to progressive and social change.
