Youth charity seeking our next Executive Assistant to the CEO. We need someone who is organised, proactive and enthusiastic about good governance in charities for this pivotal role.

This key role sits at the heart of London Youth and will provide comprehensive and excellent quality administration support across confidential functions of the charity. The post holder will ensure corporate systems and processes are implemented and maintained, working closely with members of the Senior Team and Leadership Team to ensure meeting papers are planned, produced and disseminated in a timely manner and to a high standard.

The role provides an excellent opportunity for the postholder to gain an insight into how a robust charity operates. At the same time, you’ll be helping us to Be the best that we can be. Alongside these crucial administrative functions, the role will act as “gatekeeper” for the Chief Executive’s office and carry out project work under the direction of the CEO. There is a requirement for strong administration systems to be set up, implemented and monitored.
