We are seeking an outgoing, well-organised individual to provide effective and efficient support to the Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent, Mr Matthew Scott.
You will provide support to the Communications Manager, and will be the lead individual for co-ordinating engagement events. You will also be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the Commissioner’s diary, ensuring he is always in the right place at the right time and effectively briefed. This includes managing his governance and committee work programme.
To that end, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of events planning as well as previous knowledge of marketing or communications. You will be used to co-ordinating diaries and work schedules, and be a strong communicator and negotiator, used to working in a fast paced environment with deadlines to meet.
