IPPR (The Institute for Public Policy Research) is seeking to recruit a Research Fellow to play a key role contributing to project work in its Work and Families team. The Research Fellow’s responsibilities will include: conducting high quality research and analysis; identifying policy recommendations; managing projects and developing research proposals.

The successful candidate will have a graduate level qualification in an economics related field or equivalent training and work experience related fields. They will possess good research and analysis skills and ideally a sound understanding of employment and skills related policy issues with the ability to link analysis to current policy debates.

Alongside this they will possess good quantitative research skills. Their policy knowledge and research skills, will be complimented by excellent written communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to manage their workload to meet deadlines, and a clear commitment to the work and values of IPPR.
