The role
The Housing Policy and Partnerships Manager will be critical to our success in improving housing and housing services for our residents. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Housing Strategy, and for managing and developing our housing partnerships to achieve the aims we set out in our strategy.

You will also be responsible for fostering new and innovative business opportunities with our partners so that we can better achieve our housing objectives. As external factors change – such as the housing economy, legislation and the opportunities our partners develop for us - we will look to you to enable us to manage that change effectively and to maximise the benefits for our residents and communities.

External secondees will be considered on a 2 year contract.
