I am recruiting for the position of Office Manager/Chief of Staff, based in my busy Westminster office. You will be responsible for managing a small team and therefore previous people management experience is essential.

You will be responsible for ensuring all office operations run smoothly. Will be required to attend meetings on my behalf with senior stakeholders and drive forward constituency campaigns, including ad hoc research.

Desired skills
This role requires someone who can manage people, work independently, manage time well, work to tight deadlines and has confidence to initiate connections.
· Excellent communication skills, written and oral
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Ability to assess, analyse and precis large volumes of information quickly
· Ability to prioritise different projects and work to tight deadlines
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to work independently and in a small team

Candidates must possess excellent organisational, IT and strong communication skills.

Candidates should be sympathetic to the aims and values of the Conservative Party.
