Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Bishop of Oxford

Full time - Permanent.
Location: Church House Oxford, Langford Locks, Kidlington, Oxford OX5 1GF.
The Bishop of Oxford oversees one of the largest dioceses in the Church of England, speaks and writes on a range of issues and is a member of the House of Lords.
The Bishop now has an opportunity for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital and varied support to his ministry.
In this key role, you will provide a first class office and diary management, administrative and organisational service, adapting calmly and professionally to changing priorities. With enhanced communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively, you will develop positive relationships with a range of colleagues across the Diocese and nationally.
With proven excellence in planning tasks and working effectively and accurately under pressure, you will have the ability to draft accurate letters, reports and minutes and the IT skills and knowledge, to use MS Office and social media effectively.
