Our client, a leading membership organisation supporting the business community, is looking to recruit a Stakeholder Relations Manager to work collaboratively with their Executive Team and the Policy and Communications team to ensure the organisation is driving towards its goals for 2019 by maintaining a significant profile in the public sphere.

The post holder will have a key role to play in ensuring that effective stakeholder relations are developed and maintained, and that opportunities to engage with a wider audience are maximised. They will work jointly with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure marketing materials attract and retain stakeholder interest, and with the Events Manager to oversee the engagement of high-profile speakers at key events. Additional responsibilities will include engaging with Westminster business, preparing briefings and providing monitoring and evaluation feedback on the impact of stakeholder engagement.

In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of public policy within a previous role and, and will have exceptional and creative communication skills. With a keen interest in politics and the drive to maintain an organisation’s public profile, they will be strategic, professional and have an understanding of parliamentary and political systems.
