A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Serco for a Group Communications Manager. Working with the Group Strategy and Communications Director, you will design, develop and deliver an internal communications strategy at the Group level which more effectively drives employee understanding of the Group’s strategic narrative, progress and key priorities, as well as employee connection to Serco.
As a key part of the small Group Strategy, Marketing & Communications team, this role will be varied: as well as managing the day to day global internal communications, to name just a few areas you may also be involved in supporting strategic marketing, corporate collateral creation, reviewing and developing content for our internal and external channels, organising the annual Leadership Conferences across the Group, and more.
