And our Project Management Office (PMO) is crucial to our success. Talented, and already a part of a PMO, you’ll help deliver high-value activities and enjoy working with various projects. It’s all part of our wider aim to safeguard the country from different threats.

As a Project Controls Officer, you will typically be engaged in collating data and reporting back to the project. Accuracy, a keen attention to detail, and good organisational and communications skills are vital to this role. You will need to demonstrate an ability to identify and analyse problems, draft reports and use logic and persuasion to influence stakeholders and project leads. The Programme Management Office (PMO) continues to evolve to meet our changing business needs, so you will need to be comfortable with change.

We are looking for people who will thrive in a multi-team environment - who are comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and can contribute to the continuing development of the PMO. Your methodology experience could be varied and vast, but, ideally, you’ll have excellent knowledge of PRINCE2.
