The New Arab (known as Al-Araby Al-Jadeed in Arabic) is an Arabic media outlet headquartered in London. The New Arab operates globally through a number of international offices and a well-established network of correspondents.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team. Following the internship, there may be the possibility of full-time employment.

Duties will include:
• Organising events and other activities
• Building relationships with stakeholders, including MPs, NGOs and other media outlets
• Fielding email and phone enquiries
• Maintaining databases
• Providing general administrative support as required

The ideal candidate will be:
• Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take initiative
• An excellent communicator
• Thorough, and pay attention to detail
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential

Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension). Full-time preferred, but can be discussed at interview.
