Based in London Bridge, Dods is looking to hire a bright, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our highly-experienced Reference Data team. As part of the UK’s leading political communications, information and publishing company, our service provides vital support to the work of public affairs and communications professionals, as well as members of Parliament and central government.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the maintenance and development of our online service and website, as well as contribute to several publications including Dods Parliamentary Companion and the European Union and Public Affairs Directory.

You will be primarily responsible for maintaining our Civil Service datasets, ensuring that the information is processed in line with our digital and print schedules. You will also assist with ad-hoc data research projects and general content administration.

Required skills and experience:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Process-driven approach
• Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner
• Ability to work to deadlines and with own initiative
• Team player with a flexible approach
• Proficient using MS Office applications, especially Excel, and adept at learning new software packages

An understanding of the UK Government structures would be desirable.
