The City of London Corporation is a uniquely diverse organisation with a special role and wide remit that spans the private, public and voluntary sectors, both locally and nationally. With a reputation for excellence, we’re now looking to appoint two full-time Corporate Strategy Officers to support with the development and delivery of the City Corporation’s overall forward plans, programmes and strategies in relation to its key aims.

Reporting to the Corporate Strategy Manager, you will provide advice to senior officers to ensure that strategic objectives are appropriately prioritized, scoped and delivered, and work with the Corporate Performance Team to ensure that organisational outcomes are achieved.

You will be exposed to a political, public service and commercial environment, be skilled in influencing senior officers and Members, verbally and through written reports, and be experienced in developing and implementing strategy relating to social/environmental and/or economic outcomes in a complex organisation. In addition you will have a high level of political astuteness and awareness together with a good knowledge of public and local authority issues.
