The Labour Party is looking to recruit to the role of Testing & Analytics Officer to work in the Membership Mobilisation Team on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

The post holder will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Membership Mobilisation online testing strategy, ensuring that the Labour Party is continually testing and learning how to increase the number of people signing-up, donating or joining. With a particular focus on online supporter mobilisation, they will ensure the Membership Mobilisation and Digital Campaigns Teams have useful data to make the best strategic and operational decisions.

The successful candidate will have experience of A/B testing including using Optimizely, Mixpanel or similar, of optimising online journeys, processes or campaigns and of working with website or web product analytics. They will also have a strong understanding of the experimental method.
