Oxford Insights www.oxfordinsights.com is seeking a motivated and capable intern with a passion for government to help us provide research, writing and team support on a range of projects.

We are looking for someone who will show leadership, creativity and intellectual drive as part of a small but growing team. As this is a startup environment, your role will be shaped by your interests and the company’s needs as it evolves. Our current projects include: starting a global conversation about how governments can improve their legitimacy, exploring how artificial intelligence can help government operations, and strengthening government leadership skills. Your role may include, for example, helping us run a workshop for an international government; managing our social media presence; and turning ideas from a range of sources into blogs or reports.

We are based in Oxford, and ideally you would work with us here 4-5 days per week, starting for three months from early October. We will pay the real living wage for the duration of your employment. We take pride in supporting members of our team, and will ensure you have opportunities to develop your interests and learn new skills.

Experience or knowledge of technology and/or leadership within government is highly desirable. Language skills are also desirable.
