The Chatham House Conferences teams produce unique forums that bring together policy-makers, business leaders and academic experts from around the world, covering an enormous range of topics including defence, climate change, cyber security, finance and the future of work. In doing so we occupy a unique and critical convening function for the Institute, bringing together global decision makers to tackle some of the most challenging issues of the day, in which this role is instrumental.

As the Conference Delegate Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting the annual programme of conferences held at Chatham House and developing relationships to secure both new and existing delegates.

This position contributes directly to the conference unit's financial objectives and marketing plan, and will require working closely with all members of the team. Working for a world leading think tank, you will develop core skills in areas such as sales, relationship management, market research, event promotion and conference coordination. Working in this role, you will acquire knowledge of a range of different industry sectors and markets, as well as the different ways Chatham House delivers value to them.
