An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Political Advisor to the Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, Debbie Abrahams.

The post holder will provide policy research, support and analysis in the given policy area to the Shadow Cabinet member, frontbench team and the Leader of the Labour Party, as part of the Policy directorate.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the policy brief, excellent organisational skills, experience of preparing written and verbal briefing materials, experience of working within a political environment and with Parliamentary processes, and the ability to work proactively with a variety of stakeholders.
