Job Title: Office Administrator & PA to the Director

Salary: £17,743 – £27,877 (pro rata)
The IARS International Institute is pleased to announce a vacancy for an Office Administrator & PA to the Director. We are looking for a dynamic & ambitious individual to join us on our quest. The post is office-based (London, UK) and is part-time (four days per week), offered on a two year fixed term contract at £17,743 – £27,877 (pro rata). The contract is renewable and extendable (including making it permanent) depending on funding. Other benefits include 24 days paid annual leave, plus bank holidays and 5.5% pension upon successful completion of the probationary period (all pro-rated). Role responsibilities: This is a role that will help the Institute with daily running of the office and project support. Working closely with the Director, the Office Administrator will have the following duties:
- Office administration
- Supporting the IARS team & the IARS Board of Trustees
- Finance assistance
- Website and Communications
