Job Details

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for the Chartered Association of Business Schools on the delivery of our portfolio of workshops and seminars, and build your events experience working as part of a dynamic and supportive team. You will be responsible for our events’ logistics, operations, administration and participant liaison. You will help to ensure that our delegates and speakers have an excellent experience before and during the events.

The ideal candidate will either be a recent graduate or currently studying for a degree (for example, in events). We are looking for a candidate who is hard-working, highly organised with strong attention to detail and solid time management. You will need to be a good communicator, be comfortable working with senior people and be willing to turn your hand to new challenges.

Working as part of a team you will gain exposure to the full events cycle from operations to marketing and programme production. The role also includes administrative support for committees. Through this you will also gain an understanding of the broader work of the association such as lobbying and public relations, and of the importance of member engagement.
