We are living in a time of Peak Youth. Never before and never again will there be such a large generation of young people ready and able to deliver change in their communities. These young people will provide not just the leaders of tomorrow but the energy to bring change today.

Restless Development is a global agency for youth-led development. We support young people to demand and deliver a just and sustainable world for all. This global agency is run out of ten strategic hubs in ten countries across Africa, Asia and in the UK and USA, with a wider network of partners across the world. We work to make sure young people have a voice, living, sexual rights, and are leaders in preventing and solving the world’s challenges. Restless Development has been working with young people since 1985 and our work is led by thousands of young people every year. We listen to young people, our work is led by young people, and together we help young people make lasting change in their communities and countries.

Restless Development’s Campaigns Team, sitting within the broader UK Hub, is committed to supporting young people to be impactful, active global citizens. As part of the DFID funded International Citizen Service (ICS) programme, we support young people to complete their ‘Action at Home’ phase once returned from their placement overseas. We support young people in the UK and across the globe to push for global justice, through providing 1:1 support, training, opportunities and access to an inspiring network of youth leaders.

As the Youth Networks Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing our UK network of young, passionate active citizens. You will ensure that that our network is strong and sustainable, through ensuring a range of opportunities, training, communication and events are offered and that high quality support is provided. You will lead on a number of innovative youth-led events, ensuring youth leadership is at the heart of the team’s work.
