arab-planet.com is an online debating platform with a focus on current affairs and politics in the Middle East. We are currently looking for a writer to join our team. Some previous writing experience would be useful but is not essential. You must at the very least be passionate about Middle Eastern politics and have a good knowledge of the current affairs of the region, as well as excellent attention to detail. A good degree (2.1 or above) is required but applicants from all degree disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Writers are asked to contribute an article of 400 words of a topic of their choice at least once a month or more often if they are able to.

The role being advertised is a voluntary one. As such, there are no set hours and responsibilities and you should be free to come and go as you wish.
