Oxfam GB are looking for a proactive and high-performing policy and advocacy adviser who is committed to the reduction of poverty and inequality in the UK. The right candidate will be an experienced policy adviser with a comprehensive understanding of poverty and inequality policy in the UK, in particular current debates on in-work poverty and access to employment. Specialist knowledge of gender inequalities and the labour market would be a significant advantage.
