We are seeking an experienced and high performing individual to join the Private Office of the Minister for Digital (Rt Hon Matt Hancock MP) as a Diary Secretary. The post-holder will be expected to have first-class organisational and inter-personal skills and a desire to run an excellent diary.

You would be joining a growing department at an exciting time, focusing on high profile and cutting edge policy of key interest to No10/HM Treasury. This means that the Minister is busy and his diary needs careful management.

You will join a team of four – one Private Secretary and three Assistant Private Secretaries – to deliver the Minister’s priorities. You will be highly organised and able to quickly grasp the Minister’s style and way of working. The Minister has a very busy schedule, including regular trips overseas and across the UK.

This is a high profile and demanding role at the centre of the Department. It is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional individual to gain experience of working with Ministers right at the heart of government.
