We’re looking for outstanding organisers with proven abilities to work creatively, with a track record of designing innovative processes, delivering big programmes of work and brilliant communications skills. Organisers will probably have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Your experience doesn’t necessarily need to be in an NGO or campaign group, it can be from work that you have done on a voluntary basis or in your own community.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver brilliant meetings and events: Facilitate thousands of 38 Degrees members meeting with hundreds of MPs across a variety of campaigns and topics. Support 38 Degrees members from start to finish, and liaise with MPs' offices. Organise logistics and materials for events and meetings, such as filming and photography.
• Design efficient and innovative processes: Help develop the MP meeting programme to scale-up the numbers of meetings and numbers of 38 Degrees members involved. Make sure the programme is an efficient spend of 38 Degrees members' money. Regularly help evaluate the programme to spot opportunities to innovate.
• Integrate with campaigns: Work closely with campaigns teams to find opportunities for MP meetings or other political organising, such as hustings or parliamentary events. Provide strategic advice on organising opportunities.
