A social enterprise and membership organisation which generates its own income, WISE is growing fast as it develops relationships with an increasing number of members and commercial clients. The Projects Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high profile national organisation where you can make a difference to society.
The Projects Assistant will have an opportunity to work on a number of exciting WISE projects to support women working in science, technology and engineering, such as, our flagship fellowship programme, the new People Like Me online platform, our training programmes and our membership services. They will provide administrative, project and organisational support to ensure the effective delivery of WISE projects and services including training, consultancy, events and membership. The role will involve liaising across a number of internal teams and communicating effectively with WISE members, external customers and external suppliers. The role requires strong time-management, organisational skills and communication skills.
