Role

As Assistant Director, you will have a senor leadership role within this organisation and lead a communications team of five. You will be required to deliver the Group’s external communications strategy to improve its visibility, reputation and influence with employers and stakeholders. You will oversee the delivery of first class events and awards, public relations and stakeholder communications – including working closely with regional directors to identify opportunities to engage proactively with employers. This is a permenant role.

Candidate

• Proven communications experience and leadership potential/experience
• Bright, with excellent stakeholder management and effective influencing skills
• Lateral and strategic thinker with demonstrable experience in developing and delivering communications plans
• Motivated by public service
