YoungMinds is the leading national charity committed to improving children and young peoples’ mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Coming from a background in social research, social policy or politics, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our policy and Parliamentary influencing strategies. In a varied and dynamic role, you will coordinate and monitor our Parliamentary engagement, and carry out research and generate content to support the development of YoungMinds’ policy positions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and professional candidate, who has excellent research and writing skills, and has experience of communication and engagement with Parliamentarians and public sector officials. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of how policy and legislation is developed, and how Parliament works. Most importantly, you will be passionate about campaigning to improve children and young people’s mental health policy and practice.
